Marcel Roy founded the company in 2015. With more than 25 years of experience from various management positions, he is a proven expert in the financial and the logistics sector.
Previously, Marcel Roy worked for many years as a Managing Partner and Chairman of the Executive Board at Intrapass GmbH. Marcel Roy is a business economist and has a BBA from the Graduate School of Business Administration (GSBA)
Michal Blessing
Sales Analyst & Business Development Manager
Michal Blessing has been supporting the company since its beginnings with his expertise in Marketing and his competence in Data Analysis. Prior to joining Roy Consulting, he worked in a leading role on quantitative analysis of personnel surveys at the Statistical Office of the Canton of Zurich and conducted important marketing and communications projects with a major credit card issuer.
Michal Blessing is a business economist and holds a master in marketing and communication from the University of St. Gallen (HSG).

After studies in natural sciences, Marcel Henchoz worked at Novartis, formerly Sandoz. As sales manager, he acquired marketing and sales skills at the media companies Swisscom Directories and Ringier Digital. He was active in sales in the competitive pharmaceutical and life science industry. Experience as self-employed in gastronomy and transport logistics. He is the specialist for our services on behalf of the sales strategy.
